Case # CU 17-37 – Vanman/LeFebvre Companies <br /> 1. No concerns or issues with the application as proposed. <br /> <br />2. Case # CU 17-35, P 17-21 & ZC 17-08 – Paxmar (Miske Meadows South) <br /> 1. Required wetland buffers are not correct on map including 25’ wetland buffer and <br />20’ wetland buffer setback per city requirements. Zack has spoken to them on this already; update <br />should be coming for review. <br /> <br />3. Case # P 17-22 & EV 17-06 Hidden Creek Farms Second – Nathan Funk <br /> 1. No concerns or issues with the application as proposed. <br /> <br />4. Raspberry Ridge PID 75-113-3202 <br /> 1. No concerns or issues with the plat change only. The north portion of the parcel is <br />within the Shoreland Management District and will be subject to hardcover restrictions and setbacks <br />from Eagle Lake when development is proposed. A wetland delineation may also be required before <br />any earth moving work is approved. There are potential wetlands on the south site of the property <br />based on aerial reviews only. <br /> <br />
