The proposed easement vacation will not affect access to the applicant's parcel <br />or adjacent parcels. This property and the adjacent property to the east will have access from <br />the portion of the service drive that has been constructed. If this easement vacation is <br />approved, the property will have 200 feet of frontage on County Road 1. However, there will <br />not be direct access from County Road 1 to the property. <br /> <br />Additional comments can be found in the City Engineer's memo. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached Resolution No. OS-_ <br />vacating a portion of the right-of-way of the Elk River Industrial Park service drive with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1.
