Cogeneration and Small Power Production Tariff- Introduction <br /> E.12b-Tariff <br /> Pursuant to its Rules Governing the Interconnection of Cogeneration and Small Power <br /> Production Facilities, Elk River Municipal Utilities ("Utility") establishes and/or updates its <br /> Cogeneration and Small Power Production Tariff("Tariff") for billing and sales transactions <br /> following the date of Tariff approval as follows. The Tariff shall consist of: <br /> SCHEDULE 1. <br /> Calculation of average retail utility energy rates <br /> SCHEDULE 2. <br /> Standard contracts to be used with Qualifying Facilities. <br /> SCHEDULE 3. <br /> Interconnection process, safety standards, and technical requirements for distributed energy <br /> resource systems, required operating procedures for interconnected operations, and <br /> functions to be performed by any control and protective apparatus. <br /> SCHEDULE 4. <br /> Procedures for notifying affected Qualifying Facilities of any periods of time when the utility will • <br /> not purchase electric energy or capacity because of extraordinary operational circumstances. <br /> SCHEDULE 5. <br /> Estimated average incremental energy costs by seasonal, peak and off-peak periods and annual <br /> avoided capacity costs from the utility's wholesale power supplier. <br /> 60 <br />
