Overview The applicant would like operate a middle school at 555 Railroad Drive. The location of the proposed facility will be within an existing building located on the site. They are utilizing three rooms in the building, two class rooms and an office. The portion of the building was formally used by a Montessori school. The building is shared by the Bishop George W. Speltz Middle School, a credit union and a glass business. The applicant is presently located at 19277 Vernon Street, near Meadowvale School Analysis Floor Plan The applicant is proposing to occupy three rooms located in the southeast corner of the front of the building. The space includes two classrooms and an office. Operation Attached is the narrative of operational procedures submitted by the applicant. Classes will be held Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. There is a fenced playground area located on the west side of the parking lot. The fenced area was installed as part of the Montessori school. Site Impacts No alterations to the site are proposed. The applicant will utilize the existing playground and parking lot. No internal changes will be needed to accommodate the preschool.
