New development within the downtown district shall utilize the exterior <br />building materials set forth in this section. <br />(1) Primary facades. <br />a. The following are acceptable building materials for primary facades: <br />1. Modular brick—Jumbo brick shall not be allowed. <br />2. Cut stone such as granite, marble and limestone. <br />3. Architectural stone. <br />4. Acid etched architectural precast concrete panels. <br />5. Architectural metal, not to exceed 25 percent of the unit area.
