<br /> <br /> Page 6 <br />individuals connected with it, and general announcements of events or activities occurring at the <br />institution, or similar messages. <br />Business directory means a sign which identifies the names of the specific businesses located in a <br />shopping center or business park and which is located on the premises of the center so identified. <br /> <br />Bus means any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for transportation of more than 15 <br />passengers on land or water. <br /> <br />Business office means a place of business where professional or clerical duties are performed <br />and/or an office of a member of a recognized profession maintained for the conduct of the <br />profession. <br /> <br />Caliper means the length of a straight line measured through the trunk of a tree six inches above <br />the ground for up to and including a four-inch caliper size, and 12 inches above the ground for <br />larger sizes. <br />Campground means a facility used for overnight and short-term camping in tents and recreational <br />camping vehicles. Campgrounds must comply with all State of Minnesota regulations regarding <br />campgrounds and must be licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health as a campground. <br />Camping vehicles shall meet the definition in state law for "recreational camping vehicle," and the <br />following qualifications: <br />(1) The vehicle is not used as the residence of the owner or occupant; <br />(2) The vehicle is used for temporary living quarters by the owner or occupant while engaged <br />in recreational, vacation, or travel activities; <br />(3) The vehicle is towed or otherwise transported, by its own or by other power, on the public <br />streets or highways incidental to such recreational or vacation activities. <br />Permitted accessory uses include a recreational area for campground guests and retail sales of over- <br />the-counter items for campground guests only. <br />Canopy means a fixed or operable horizontal projection or hood over a door, window, niche, <br />etc. <br />Carwash facility means the use of a site for washing, cleaning, and/or waxing of motor vehicles, <br />motorcycles, recreational vehicles, or other light duty equipment. <br /> <br />Cemetery means a parcel or tract of land that is set apart, used or intended to be used for the <br />internment of the dead, established and operated per Minn. Stats. Chapters 306 and/or 307. <br />Chair massage, on-site, means a massage performed by a licensed massage therapist at any location <br />other than a therapeutic massage establishment. On-site chair massage shall be confined to massage <br />for relaxation purposes only of the face, neck, and shoulder area of a person fully clothed and not <br />lasting more than 15 minutes. <br />Child means a person under 18 years of age.
