LANDSCAPE CONTEXT <br />Proximity to established greenways <br />This property is located within the Metro Conservation Corridors (Figure 3), a regional <br />land protection plan of the DNR. The Conservation Area is also adjacent to Bailey Point, an <br />Elk River city park that occurs at the confluence of the Elk and Mississippi rivers and <br />Oxbow Park, an Elk River city park that occurs along the western edge of the floodplain <br />island.
