The TH 169 ADTs are 2002 traffic volumes and the rest of the ADTs <br />are from 1999. These ADTs are from the most current Mn/DOT traffic flow maps. <br />3. TRAFFIC FORECASTS <br />A trip generation analysis was performed for the site based on the methods and <br />rates published in the ITE Trip Generation Manual, 70h Edition.
