Two updates to the
preliminary plat have been approved paving the way for 251 buildable lots. The current update adds
approximately 34 acres to the subdivision and improves to the road network by providing better east-west
connections. The changes create some concerns with wetland setbacks and staff has been working with
the applicant to address these issues through the PUD process. The proposed plat includes 385 buildable
parcels that will be phased in as the market permits.
Planning Commission
During the public hearing three residents spoke and expressed concerns with traffic and the impacts
further development of the Miske Meadows area will have on the surrounding road network. Specific
concerns included:
■ Visibility and safety at Twin Lakes Road and Lincoln Street.
POWERED 6T
AR
