of creating and maintaining the TIF District and to finance certain administrative costs, the City <br /> Site Work and the Public Improvements within the TIF District pursuant to an interfund loan as <br /> authorized by a resolution adopted by the City on May 15, 2017 (the "Interfund Loan"). The <br /> Developer understands that the Tax Increments are pledged to the payment of administrative <br /> costs and the repayment of the Interfund Loan and no payment of Tax Increments will be <br /> provided to the Developer. The City shall use the Tax Increments for any purpose it determines <br /> for which the Tax Increments may lawfully be used pursuant to the applicable provisions of the <br /> Minnesota law. <br /> Section 3.15. Relocation Benefits; Indemnification. The Developer acknowledges that <br /> the Developer is not being displaced from the New Resources Property as a result of the <br /> transaction contemplated by this Agreement and that the Developer is not eligible for relocation <br /> assistance and benefits and that the land exchange contemplated by this Agreement includes <br /> compensation for any and all relocation assistance and benefits for which the Developer may be <br /> eligible.
