MnDOT Contract No. 1029944 <br />18.13.2. Other compensation, if the aggregate value of all such other compensation (e.g. severance, <br />termination payments, value of life insurance paid on behalf of the employee, perquisites or <br />property) for the executive exceeds $10,000. <br />18.13.3. The Local Government must report executive total compensation described above to the MnDOT <br />by the end of the month during which this agreement is awarded. <br />18.13.4. The Local Government will obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and <br />maintain its DUNS numberfor the term of this agreement. This number shall be provided to <br />MnDOT on the plan review checklist submitted with the plans for each project. The Local Government's failure to comply with the above requirements is a material breach of this <br />agreement for which the MnDOT may terminate this agreement for cause.
