Changes include: <br /> ■ 2.5% pay increase—Budgeted for 2018 and reflected in item #1 and the Pay Plan on the final <br /> page of the document. It is also reflected in the pay for Paid On-Call Firefighters, Part-time <br /> Cablecaster, Police Reserves, and Part-time Liquor Store Clerk. <br /> ■ Pay changes for some arena positions —We continue to have difficulty recruiting part-time <br /> employees. Pay rates are based off of information received from other arenas. This does not <br /> increase the amount budgeted for these positions. <br /> ■ Minimum wage—The State minimum wage increases to $9.65 per hour on January 1, 2018.
