As there is a reduction in the number of parcels, the plat is exempt from our subdivision <br /> ordinances,but falls under the recently approved Platted Exemption regulations,which does not require a <br /> public hearing. <br /> An easement vacation related to this application will also be presented as a public hearing during the <br /> December 18, 2017, City Council meeting. Two of the lots being combined have five-foot easements <br /> between them. Once combined, these easements will no longer be needed.
