MORATORIUM EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 14, 2017 ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING LOAD CONTROL <br /> PROGRAMS; WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING PROGRAM. <br /> 7. Customers with central air conditioners, ASHP or GSHP, that are grossly oversized for <br /> the conditioned space will not be allowed to participate. Such systems do not provide <br /> ERMU sufficient load reduction relief at critical peak use times. <br /> 8. The rate is subject to application of the Power Cost Adjustment (PCA). <br /> 9. Cycled AC Program participants will receive a $36 per month credit for 5 summer <br /> months for allowing ERMU to interrupt their air conditioners as outlined above. Such <br /> payments will be provided in the form of a bill credit during the five monthly billing <br /> periods of June — October.forwarded as a billing credit on their May, June, July, August, <br /> and September bills. <br /> INCENTIVE: Program participants will receive a $6 per month credit for 5 summer months for <br /> allowing ERMU to interrupt their air conditioners as outline above.
