VACATION <br /> All regular full-time employees shall accrue vacation according to the following schedule: <br /> Years of Service to Accrual Rate Accrued Per <br /> Utilities Since Most Per Year Pay Period <br /> Recent Date of Hire <br /> 0—3 years 10 days 3.08 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 4 years 12 days 3.69 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 5 years 13 days 4.0 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 6-9 years 15 days 4.62 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 10 years 16 days 4.92 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 11 years 17 days 5.23 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 12 years 18 days 5.54 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 13 years 19 days 5.85 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 14-18 years 20 days 6.15 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> 19 +years 25 days 7.69 hours per <br /> pay period <br /> Regular part-time employees accrue paid vacation under this schedule on a pro rata basis. <br /> Temporary and seasonal employees are not eligible for paid vacation. <br /> Employees must request time off for vacation as far in advance as feasible. When possible, <br /> employees will be granted vacation time of their choice. However this time is subject to the <br /> operating needs of the Utilities. <br /> PR <br />
