The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly sec- onded by Councilmember Olsen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Ol- sen, Westgaard, Ovall, and Wagner_ and the following against: None, whereupon said resolution was ci clared duly passed and adopted.
