Preliminary Plat Review and Variance Request for Elk Park Center East <br />by John Weicht/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, stated that this issue <br />was continued to the Planning Commission's September meeting by the <br />request of the applicant. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />5.3. Preliminary Plat Review and Conditional Use Permit for Elk Park Center <br />West by John Weicht/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, stated that the <br />Planning Commission continued this issue at its last meeting because <br />the preliminary plat application was not in compliance with the City's <br />Subdivision Ord~nance. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing. Mayor Tralle stated that the <br />City Council will continue the public hearing on this item until the <br />issue has been heard by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />LATER DATE AT WHICH <br />ISSUE.
