ALSO, THAT THE STREET <br />BE OFF-CENTER TO THE NORTH IN THIS LOCATION BY A MINIMUM OF SIX <br />FEET WITH THE DISTANCE TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY ENGINEER. <br /> <br />7. THAT TWO HYDRANTS BE PLACED IN THIS PLAT, THE LOCATIONS OF WHICH <br />ARE TO BE APPROVED BY THE FIRE CHIEF. <br /> <br />8. THAT THE DEVELOPER ESTABLISH A LETTER OF CREDIT FOR AN AMOUNT TO <br />BE ESTIMATED BY THE CITY ENGINEER TO COVER THE COSTS OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE CITY. <br /> <br />14. THAT DEBRIS, TREES, STUMPS, ETC. MAY ONLY BE BURIED ON SITES <br />APPROVED BY THE CITY. <br /> <br />15. THAT PRIOR TO OPEN CUTTING THE STREETS TO INSTALL UTILITIES, THE <br />DEVELOPER MUST HAVE A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN APPROVED BY STAFF WHICH <br />WOULD DEAL WITH ISSUES SUCH AS FULL RESTORATION OF STREETS, <br />MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC FLOW AND BONDING TO ENSURE RESTORATION. <br />
