John Cunningham, Fire Chief <br />Item Description <br />Reviewed by <br />Code Enforcement Action for 1772 Tipton Circle <br />Peter Beck, City Attorney <br />Reviewed by <br />Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Action Requested <br />Provide staff direction for proceeding with administrative and/or criminal proceedings for violations of <br />City Ordinances at 1772 Tipton Cir NW. <br />Background/Discussion <br />During a mandatory inspection relating to the renewal of a rental dwelling license on 08/29/2017, a <br />number of city ordinance violations were identified specifically as to the condition of the yard. The <br />property has been subject to repeated enforcement action initiated both by complaint and as part of a <br />license application. <br />The most recent exterior inspection of the property was completed on 11/17/2017. It was determined <br />there has been no good faith effort to bring the property into compliance with previously issued lawful <br />orders.
