During <br /> work session,we reviewed the specific projects, costs, funding sources, and 5-year cash flow projections. <br /> The CIP is a revolving document that is re-evaluated on an annual basis and upon each annual update <br /> some projects will be deleted, added, or even delayed,reflecting community needs and the financial ability <br /> to fund the project. <br /> The CIP is a long-term planning tool and all purchases over$50,000 will come back to Council for <br /> approval per our financial management policies. <br /> A few highlights of the CIP for 2018: <br /> ■ Line Avenue improvement <br /> ■ Wayfinding signage <br /> ■ Fire engine, dump truck, street sweeper <br /> ■ Annual vehicle replacements <br /> ■ Annual park improvements <br /> ■ Annual technology upgrades <br /> Financial Impact <br /> See various funding sources identified in the 2018-2022 CIP. <br /> Attachments <br /> ■ 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> ■ 2018 Equipment Purchases - Equipment Replacement Fund <br /> POWERED 6T <br /> AR <br />
