City of <br /> Elk <br /> River Resolution 17- <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of <br /> Ordinance #17- an Ordinance Adopting the 2018 Master Fee Schedule <br /> WHEREAS, on December 4,2017 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 17-_ approving <br /> the 2018 Master Fee Schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br /> Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 2018 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, <br /> Environmental, Planning, Development,Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire,Police, and Elk River <br /> Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br /> Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours — <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,Monday through Friday; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br /> Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br /> summary of Ordinance 17-_ and that Ordinance 17-_ shall become effective January 1, 2018. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof- <br /> and the <br /> following against: ,whereupon said resolution was <br /> declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the <br /> following absent: <br /> Passed and adopted this 41h day of December 2017. <br /> John J.
