Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Tralle. <br /> <br />2. Consider 3/2/92 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />Item 9.2, Councilmember Schuldt Update, was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPROVED THE 3/2/92 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Proclamation <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle read a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome <br />proclaimed March of 1992 as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome <br />Cheryl Foss was present to accept the proclamation. <br /> <br />Proclamation and <br />Awareness Month. <br /> <br />5.3. Transient Merchant License Robert Madland/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle stated that Robert Madland has made application for a <br />transient merchant license to sell flowers in the City of Elk River. <br />
