THE CONTRACTOR <br />MUST ENSURE THAT DISCHARGE POINTS ARE ADEQUATELY PROTECTED <br />FROM EROSION AND SCOUR. THE DISCHARGE MUST BE DISPERSED OVER <br />NATURAL ROCK RIPRAP, SAND BAGS, PLASTIC SHEETING, OR OTHER <br />ACCEPTED ENERGY DISSIPATION MEASURES. <br />• ALL WATER FROM DEWATERING MUST BE DISCHARGED IN A MANNER THAT <br />DOES NOT CAUSE NUISANCE CONDITIONS, EROSION, OR INUNDATION OF <br />WETLANDS CAUSING SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE IMPACT TO THE WETLAND. <br />INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br />• THE CONTRACTOR MUST APPOINT SOMEONE TO INSPECT THE <br />CONSTRUCTION SITE ONCE EVERY SEVEN DAYS DURING ACTIVE <br />CONSTRUCTION AND WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER A RAINFALL EVENT OF <br />GREATER THAN 0.5 INCHES IN 24 HOURS. A NOTICE OF TERMINATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 <br />DAYS OF FINAL STABILIZATION. <br />• FINAL STABILIZATION CAN BE ACHIEVED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING <br />WAYS: <br />I.)
