THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />7.2. certificate of Correction to Plat of Heritage Landing <br /> <br />City Planner Steven Ach indicated that it has recently been discovered <br />that an incorrect measurement on Lot 13, Block 1, in Heritage Landing <br />was approved as part of the final plat. He further noted that the plat <br />has been recorded with the error and that it must be corrected through <br />a Certificate of Correction. Steven Ach indicated that the dimension <br />of Lot 13, Block 1, was recorded at 48.64 feet and the correct <br />dimension is 51.66 feet. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION <br />TO THE PLAT OF HERITAGE LANDING FOR LOT 13, BLOCK 1. COUNCI LMEMBER <br />FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />8. Other Business <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Gopher <br />$1.00 <br />paying <br />survey <br />report <br /> <br />Bounty - Councilmember Scheel noted that surrounding areas pay <br />for gopher bounty and questioned why the City of Elk River is <br />$.75. Vice Mayor Dietz requested the City Clerk to conduct a <br />of the surrounding communities to see what gopher bounty is and <br />back to the council. <br /> <br />Park Center Proposal - The City Administrator noted that the Planning <br />Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Park Center proposal on <br />Tuesday, October 19, 1993, and questioned whether the Council would be <br />willing to hold a special meeting on October 28, 1993, for a public <br />hearing on this subject. He indicated that the public hearing would <br />consist of consideration of the conditional use permit and preliminary <br />plat. It was the consensus of the Council that the public hearing be <br />held on October 26, 1993. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 26, 1993, AT VANDEN BERGE JUNIOR HIGH <br />SCHOOL IN THE CAFETERIA AT 7:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ELK PARK CENTER PROPOSAL. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Dental Insurance The City Administrator distributed a memo from the <br />Finance Director regarding dental insurance.
