Will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br /> This proposal underwent an EAW with the City of Elk River to determine the potential <br />environmental effects of the operation. The city determined that the proposed operation would not <br />result in non-reclaimable environmental degradation. <br /> <br />7. Will fully comply with all other requirements of this Code, including any applicable requirements and Standards for the <br />issuance of a license or permit to establish and operate the proposed use in the city. <br />The applicant is required to comply with all other sections of the code and must apply for all required <br />building permits in addition to the Conditional Use Permit.
