A copy of any and all permits related to the operation of the site shall be submitted to the city for their reference. 7. Hours of operation are 4 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. 8. Trucking and hauling shall be allowed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. 9. A reclamation plan for the property as described in Exhibit 1 of the Tiller Application dated May 2017 including final grades,proposed topography, and a vegetation establishment plan, shall be approved by city staff. This must be received by August 31,2017, and will be added to the approved plans for this site. 10. All conditions from the previous CUP (CU 07-08) Recording No. 668970 approved on May 10,2008,need to be met. Termination of Permit. The Permit shall remain in effect only for so long as the conditions set for the herein are complied with. The City may revoke the Permit following a public hearing for violation of the terms and/or conditions set forth in the Permit. Lapse. If within two (2) years of the issuance of the Permit the proposed work described in a conditional use permit has not been substantially completed, the permit shall expire and become void, except that the council may, following recommendation of the planning commission, extend the permit for an additional period determined by the council on the receipt of a request for a permit extension prior to its expiration. A conditional use permit authorizes only the use specified in the permit and shall expire if, for any reason, the authorized use ceases for more than six (6)months. Criminal Penalty. Both the owner and any occupant of the Subject Property are responsible for compliance with the permit. Violation of the terms of the Permit is a criminal misdemeanor. Recording.
