A copy of any and all permits related to the operation of the site shall be <br />submitted to the city for their reference. <br />7. Hours of operation are 4 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m. to 7 <br />p.m. on Saturday. <br />8. Trucking and hauling shall be allowed between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. <br />Monday-Saturday. <br />9. A reclamation plan for the property as described in Exhibit 1 of the Tiller <br />Application dated May 2017 including final grades,proposed topography, and <br />a vegetation establishment plan, shall be approved by city staff. This must be <br />received by August 31,2017, and will be added to the approved plans for this <br />site. <br />10. All conditions from the previous CUP (CU 07-08) Recording No. 668970 <br />approved on May 10,2008,need to be met. <br />Termination of Permit. The Permit shall remain in effect only for so long as the conditions set for the <br />herein are complied with. The City may revoke the Permit following a public hearing for violation of the <br />terms and/or conditions set forth in the Permit. <br />Lapse. If within two (2) years of the issuance of the Permit the proposed work described in a conditional <br />use permit has not been substantially completed, the permit shall expire and become void, except that the <br />council may, following recommendation of the planning commission, extend the permit for an additional <br />period determined by the council on the receipt of a request for a permit extension prior to its expiration. A <br />conditional use permit authorizes only the use specified in the permit and shall expire if, for any reason, the <br />authorized use ceases for more than six (6)months. <br />Criminal Penalty. Both the owner and any occupant of the Subject Property are responsible for compliance <br />with the permit. Violation of the terms of the Permit is a criminal misdemeanor. <br />Recording.
