<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JULY 19, 1993 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Scheel, Holmgren, and <br />Farber <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Peter Beck, City Attorney; Pat Klaers, City <br />Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk <br />River City Council was called to order at 9:07 p.m. by Vice Mayor Dietz. <br /> <br />The City Attorney, Peter Beck, updated the Council on pending litigation of <br />the Earl Hohlen case involving the Main street/Highway 169 intersection <br />project, the Bud Houlton case involving the Western Area Improvement <br />project, and the Thielke case regarding Veteran's Preference. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
