Led by <br />our team of construction professionals, our project delivery process is designed <br />to ensure that our clients have a productive, rewarding project experience. We are dedicated to providing leadership and <br />value enhancing insights to every construction project. <br />With our headquarters in Golden Valley, Minnesota, RJM Construction LLC was <br />established in 1981 and is owned by industry veterans Robert Jossart, Joe Maddy, <br />Brian Recker and Ted Beckman. Today, RJM has more than 150 specialized staff <br />members and annual construction volume of $250 million. <br />Construction Management Services <br />RJM Construction is an industry leader in delivering construction management <br />services. Over the past ten years our team has delivered Construction <br />Manager at Risk services (CMar), and for the past 18 years, Construction <br />Manager Advisor (CMa) services to municipalities throughout the Twin Cities <br />metro region. We are especially proud of our work with the City of Elk River, <br />starting with the Elk River Community Center YMCA, and most recently your Public <br />Works Facility.
