The only difference is that <br />we discount our fee slightly for the CMar delivery method. We can offer this <br />discount based on the reduced administration process that we have established in <br />delivering CMar projects, resulting from direct contracts with the subcontractors. <br />RJM will not act as a constructor in either delivery model. With RJM, you have a <br />true advocate that will always act in the City of Elk River’s best interests.
