31 <br />VALUE <br />$16,695,000 <br />PROJECT <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />CMar <br />ARCHITECT <br />U+B Architecture & <br />Design <br />RJM recently completed this new community park for the City of Maple Grove, <br />located adjacent to the Town Green and Community Center. The park includes an <br />open lawn for outdoor events, a basketball and pickle ball sport court, outdoor <br />splash pad, playground area and refrigerated ice skating loop. Lighted walking <br />paths were incorporated, extending to the north side of the 20-acre site. In <br />addition to the outdoor spaces, a 15,000 sq.-ft. warming house and event <br />center was built. This center includes meeting space, concessions, rental offices, <br />toilet rooms and a catering kitchen.
