It calculates <br />measurements needed for estimates. On-Screen automatically saves calculations <br />for incoming addendum before bid day, change orders and revised specs, enabling <br />the team to be efficient and responsive. <br />Sage Estimating <br />Using a master historic cost database, the estimating team can effectively put <br />together a conceptual project cost estimate. Then they are able to incorporate <br />bids from subcontractors and analyze the information. Pre-built assemblies and <br />models backed by industry standard pricing are also accessible within Sage. <br />Viewpoint CS <br />Viewpoint CS is a fully integrated construction management software system that <br />is utilized by RJM. This software allows team to track all correspondence on our <br />project in one central database, from meeting minutes to purchase orders to final <br />billings. A wide variety of reports can be generated by Viewpoint during all phases <br />of the project, providing the project team with the information needed to keep the <br />project on track. <br />Citrix ShareFile <br />ShareFile is a cloud based solution where RJM can share documents of all sizes <br />with owners, architects and trades. A password protected site would be tailored to <br />your project, which the entire project team can access at any time. Items such as <br />plans, meeting minutes and progress photos can be stored here. <br />AutoDesk Revit <br />With Revit, RJM’s BIM Specialist, Jake Fisher, has the capability to develop three <br />dimensional models on projects to simulate the real world building process. <br />Through these models, we collaborate with the entire project team, providing <br />value in systems analysis and constructability reviews, enabling the team to make <br />more informed decisions regarding the design, systems, efficiency and quality of a <br />project.
