Councilmember Holmgren abstained. <br /> <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmgren was not present at the Board of Review meeting <br />as he is an employee of the County Assessor's Office. <br /> <br />3.5. Consider 5/3/93 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE THE 5/3/93 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel questioned the action taken by the Council on <br />5/3/93 regarding the right-of-way exchange of 221st Avenue. She <br />indicated she felt further investigation should have taken place prior <br />to the Council granting the exchange of right-of-way. <br /> <br />4. Motion to Call Executive Session of the City Council <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO CALL <br />COUNCIL. Staff Updates/Other Business <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ <br />CONSTRUCTION IN THE <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />AMOUNT OF $92,069.25. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />PAY ESTIMATE TO BOR-SON <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER <br /> <br />Bridge Ceremony <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the City and Chamber <br />were jointly planning a bridge opening ceremony for the Main Street <br />bridge. The Council indicated its support of this ceremony. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that there was a small fire <br />at the RDF plant on 5/9/93 and the Fire Department was called. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the public hearing <br />tentatively scheduled for May 27 on Elk Park Center has been cancelled. <br />
