LOT SIZES AND WIDTHS ARE APPROPRIATELY ADJUSTED PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL <br />OF FINAL PLAT. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />THE CITY ENGINEER PREPARES THE PLANS AND SPECS FOR ROAD, SEWER, <br />WATER, AND STORM DRAINAGE. <br />
