<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 1993 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Scheel, Dietz, Farber, <br />and Holmgren <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Lori Johnson, Finance <br />Director <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator, outlined the Union's most recent request for <br />the Police Union contract for 1993-94. This most recent request followed <br />the presentation of the City's proposal in a letter dated April 5, 1993, to <br />the Union Business Agent, Bob Weisenburger. The City Council provided the <br />City Administrator with some latitude in resolving the two outstanding <br />issues relating to court time cancellation and the Wage Incentive Program. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
