He questioned whether <br />the Council would like to consider reorganization of the Building and <br />Zoning Department per Council discussion in September, 1990. The <br />Administrator indicated he would further review this situation and <br />discuss this issue with the Council at a future meeting. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Wage Incentive <br />Program draft has been completed by the Committee and is currently <br />being reviewed by the City Labor Relations Consultant. He further <br />indicated that the Police Union has requested a negotiation session for <br />February 23. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Wellness Committee <br />has been researching the purchase of equipment for the wellness room <br />and that the price will be about $16,000. <br /> <br />6.
