Highway 101 The City Administrator informed the Council that he has been informed by MnDOT Engineers that nine of the ten fatalities since 1989 on Highway 101 have happened between the river bridge and County Road 42. He indicated that MnDOT is exploring all possible options to move the project forward. Councilmember Scheel informed the Council that she is trying to track down the donors of the Main Street bridge plaque so that the plaque can be duplicated. She stated she has been in contact with the company that will be making the plaque and they have informed her that it can be done at $3.00 per inch and $50.00 for the logo. Councilmember Farber informed the Council that he attended the newly elected officials conference. Councilmember Farber also suggested that one of the Councilmembers be present during labor negotiations. Mayor Duitsman indicated that the Council should make a decision regarding this issue at an upcoming Council meeting. 11.
