<br />City Council Minutes <br />September 12, 1994 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Dietz stated he was in favor of Councilmember Farber's idea that the Utilities <br />contribute toward a new loader for the Street/Park Department. <br />Councilmember Holmgren noted that according to survey information, it is not <br />unusual for municipal utilities in other cities to make cash contributions to cities' <br />general funds. Council member Holmgren suggested that a percentage of total <br />contributions be set so it would not be necessary to go to the Utilities every year <br />requesting funds. Mayor Duitsman stated that he supported requesting funds for a <br />specific item. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
