Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City <br />Council was called to order at 9:40 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman. <br /> <br />Pendina litiQation of Hohlen property <br /> <br />City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of the <br />Hohlen property in relation to the Main Street and Highway 169 project. <br /> <br />PendinQ Iitiaation of Houlton Farms <br /> <br />City Attorney Peter Beck updated the Council on the pending litigation of <br />Houlton Farms in relation to the Western Area assessment. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
