COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE THE ROAD EASEMENT LOCATION BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SCHEEL'S REGARDING THE IDENTIFICATION OF AN EASEMENT FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THIS PROPERTY (213TH AVENUE) TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THIS 40 ACRE PARCEL. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. It was noted that this action relates to requirement # 1 of the 6/20/94 approval of this administrative subdivision and that the other terms and conditions of the administrative subdivision remain in effect. 7. Check Re9ister COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 8. Other Business COPS FAST Grant Application - The City Administrator reviewed a request from the Chief of Police to submit the COPS FAST Grant application. A copy of the application was distributed. e Council member Farber requested that the application request three officers instead of two. The Council concurred. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE COPS FAST GRANT APPLICATION. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 9. Staff Updates There were no staff updates presented. 10. Motion to Call Executive Session of the City Council COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO CALL AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION ON THE HOHLEN PROPERTY AND HOULTON FARMS PROPERTY. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. The City Council recessed at 10:00 p.m. into Executive Session. The City Council reconvened its regular meeting at 10:31 p.m. e
