Set public hearina date to consider subdivision moratorium ordinance City Administrator Pat Klaers indicated that the City is in the process of updating its comprehensive plan and also considering a major wastewater treatment plant expansion. He indicated that in order to preserve the planning process and ensure that rural plats do not develop in a future urban district before the plan is in place, staff is recommending that the Council hold a public hearing to consider a moratorium of certain development along the eastern corridor of the City.
