Case No. AS 94- <br />1.2 <br /> <br />Planning Intern Troy Langer stated that Milt Tuttle is requesting an administrative <br />subdivision to divide an 18 acre parcel into a 2.67 acre parcel, a 3.04 acre parcel, <br />and a 12.29 acre parcel. The lots being proposed will have frontage along <br />County Road #33. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Farber opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter, Vice Mayor Farber closed the public hearing. <br />
