COUNCILMEMBER <br />SCHEel SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Jeff Gongoll indicated that the developer has an issue regarding the ownership <br />of the pond. He indicated that the developer is not ready to concede to this <br />issue at this time. Terry Maurer indicated that the condition can be negotiated, <br />but can not be eliminated and is a requirement before recording the plat. <br /> <br />11 . Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL SECONDED THE MOTION.
