<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JUNE 6, 1994 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Dietz, Scheel, Farber and <br />Holmgren <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Peter Beck, City Attorney; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; and Pat <br />Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />1. Call Meetinq To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City <br />Council was called to order at 9: 12 p.m, by Mayor Duitsman. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Houlton Assessments <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the status of the pending litigation regarding the Bud <br />Houlton assessments resulting from the Western Area project. He indicated no <br />progress has been made as of this date but a request or proposal is expected <br />soon. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Hohlen orooerty <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the status of the pending litigation regarding the Earl <br />Hohlen property on Main Street and Highway 169. He indicated that this case <br />has been put on hold due to proposed development in the area. The Council <br />discussed several options regarding the issue and authorized the City Attorney to <br />proceed as discussed by the City Council. <br /> <br />4. Adiournment <br /> <br />COUNCllMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE <br />CITY COUNCil. COUNCllMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
