<br />. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, MARCH 21, 1994 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman, Council member Dietz, Farber, and Holmgren <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Peter Beck, City Attorney; Patrick Klaers, City Administrator; and <br />Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk <br /> <br />1 . Call Meetina To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the City Council <br />was called to order at 10:25 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman. <br /> <br />Earl Hohlen Property <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The City Attorney updated the Council on the status of the pending litigation <br />pertaining to the Earl Hohlen property located at Main Street and Highway 169. <br />Following the update. The Council directed the City Attorney to continue to work <br />on the case and to keep the Council informed. <br /> <br />Bud Houlton Property <br /> <br />The City Attorney updated the Council on the status of the pending litigation <br />pertaining to the Bud Houlton property located along western Main Street in <br />relation to the Main Street improvement project. It was the consensus that the <br />City Attorney contact Mr. Houlton's Attorney to continue discussion of the matter. <br /> <br />2. Adiournment <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
