THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ ABSTAINED. <br /> <br />b. 4th Street and Holt Avenue Water Problem <br /> <br />The City Administrator submitted a letter from the City Engineer <br />regarding this issue. <br /> <br />c.
