Consider Reauest for Final Plat Approval by Kinaman Buildina Company, Public <br />Hearina, Case No. P 95-13 <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach informed the Council that Kingman Building Company is <br />requesting final plat approval for Country Crossing Townhomes Second <br />Addition. He indicated that the proposal for final plat is located within Outlot A <br />of Country Crossing Townhomes (southwest corner of the intersection of Joplin <br />Street and 183rd Avenue). Steve Ach indicated that the final plat request by <br />Kingman Building Company is the second phase of a 62 unit twin home planned <br />unit development. <br /> <br />Steve Ach reviewed the staff report on this issue. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 95-68, A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR COUNTRY CROSSING TOWNHOMES <br />SECOND ADDITION. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmgren returned to the table at this time. <br /> <br />7.9. Administrative Subdivision Reauest by Dennis Anderson, Public Hearina, Case No. <br />AS 95-10 <br /> <br />Planning Assistant Gary Schmitz indicated that Dennis Anderson is requesting an <br />administrative subdivision to divide Outlot A of the Brentwood Subdivision into <br />two separate lots which will measure 8.4 acres in size respectively. <br /> <br />Gary Schmitz reviewed the staff report on this request. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued by the Council regarding the request by city staff for an <br />additional 14 feet of right-of-way along 197th Avenue. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />John Poldron, 11751 196th A venue. requested an explanation as to what Mr. <br />Anderson will be able to do with the property once it is subdivided. He <br />indicated his concern regarding the options when he splits the property. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Council indicated that Mr. Anderson is not requesting a rezoning, therefore, <br />he will not be able to do anything different with the property once it is <br />subdivided. <br />
