<br />Elk River City Council Minutes <br />October 2, 1995 <br /> <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator updated the council on the Mighty Ducks grant <br />application. <br /> <br />Councilmember John Dietz stated Miles Knutson, 186 & Naples is concerned <br />about upgrading his private road. John Dietz requested to have Terry Maurer, <br />City Engineer contact Mr. Knutson. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman would like city staff to check on the new area code proposals <br />and how it will affect Elk River. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scheel indicated that she had received a petition in support of <br />retaining the 10 acre minimum. All Councilmembers confirmed receiving the <br />same petition. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmgren is concerned about the intersection of Highway 169 <br />and School Street. The city needs to have enforcement for trucks and cars that <br />go through the red light. <br /> <br />10. Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION.
