<br />e <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 1995 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman, Councilmembers Dietz, Scheel, Farber, and <br />Holmgren <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Sandra Thackeray, City Clerk; Terry <br />Mourer, City Engineer; Peter Beck, City Attorney <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Executive Session of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 10:46 p.m. by Mayor Duitsman. <br /> <br />City Attorney Peter Beck updated the City Council on the status of the pending litigation <br />regarding the Earl Hohlen property. The City Attorney reviewed attorney fees that have <br />been spent on this litigation to date. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. COUNCIL MEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE <br />MOTION.
