IC 94-16. COUNCllMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />COUNCllMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />REQUESTED BY KINGMAN BUilDING COMPANY, CASE NO. P 94-13, TO SUBDIVIDE 15 <br />ACRES WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. ALL COMMENTS STATED IN TERRY MAURER'S MEMO DATED 12/27194. <br /> <br />2.
