The City reserves the <br />right to revoke, amend, or impose additional conditions on the <br />Facility or the Permittee at such time taking into account the <br />advancement of scientific knowledge relative to the health effects of <br />the Facility, the Permittee's degree of compliance with current <br />Permit conditions, and the criteria and standards of the City Code <br />and Minnesota law. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The undersigned, on behalf of the respective Permittees, jointly and <br />severally, represent and bind their respective Permittees to the terms of <br />this Permit, having fully examined this Permit and all materials referred <br />to herein and agree to all the conditions set forth.
